Our Chauffeur Vetting Process
- Personal Selection: Every chauffeur meets our Founder before being accepted into our team.
- Licence & Driving History Checks: We verify licences, driving history and medical fitness through the NSW Point to Point Transport Commission’s Driver Vehicle Dashboard.
- Criminal History Checks: Checks are completed before employment and repeated every six months.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Driver eligibility and compliance are monitored throughout their time working with us.
- Fitness to Drive: Chauffeurs must be fit to drive and free from alcohol or impairing substances on every shift.
- Practical Training: New chauffeurs spend their first week working alongside senior staff before undertaking bookings independently.

Confidentiality Agreements
All chauffeurs, affiliates and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality terms covering passenger identities, journey details and information shared or observed during travel.
Controlled Booking Information
Our dispatch system only reveals full booking details to a chauffeur once they have accepted the journey. Chauffeurs then receive only the passenger information necessary to complete the booking.
Restricted Itinerary Access
Complete itineraries and pickup addresses are accessible only to our Founder and Operations Manager.

Safe & Professional Chauffeur Travel for Every Passenger
Female Chauffeurs Available on Request
We understand some passengers prefer a female chauffeur for additional comfort and peace of mind.
Female chauffeurs are available on request, subject to availability. We recommend providing at least six hours’ notice.
All passengers receive their chauffeur’s details via SMS before pickup. For airport arrivals, we can arrange a personalised meeting sign displaying your initials, surname or full name.
Chauffeur Services for Children & Unaccompanied Minors
The safety of children travelling with us is a priority.
All our chauffeurs hold a current NSW Working With Children Check issued through Service NSW.
We provide Australian Standard child seats for children aged 0–7 on bookings involving children. Please advise us of each child’s age when booking so suitable arrangements can be made.
We also regularly transport unaccompanied children, applying the same careful safety standards to every journey.
Consistent Standards Across Our Chauffeur Network
When a booking requires an affiliate or subcontractor, we apply the same operational, insurance and professional conduct standards expected of our own chauffeurs.
Affiliate drivers are also checked through the NSW Point to Point Transport Commission’s Driver Vehicle Dashboard.
This approach helps maintain consistency in service, safety and accountability across our chauffeur network.
